Amanda Middleton, a Rehoboth Beach native for sixteen years, has been involved in the real estate industry since 2003. Amanda became a licensed REALTOR® in 2004 and is now a listing coordinator for the Debbie Reed Team. She assists with listing properties, communicating with sellers and negotiating contracts. Amanda is E-Pro Certified and a Delaware Notary Public. She has a proficient knowledge of many types of property including but not limited to, new construction and development, investment property, resale and renovated historical homes.
