Her responsibilities include, but are not limited to, scheduling closings, arranging home, termite and biohazard inspections, and obtaining pertinent information from Buyers and Sellers. In addition, Beth communicates with the settlement attorneys, listing and sales agents, banks and title companies to ensure that every part of the settlement process is streamlined and stress-free.
