I will preface this review by saying that I am an experienced residential and commercial realtor in Miami. I chose the Debbie Reed team to help me sell my condo in Rehoboth Beach. Having spent many summers growing up in Rehoboth, I knew Debbie and her reputation for professionalism and her hard working nature. On this transaction, I worked mainly with Debbie's sister, Amy Warick. From the moment I first spoke to Amy on the telephone from my home in Miami, she was informative and helpful, and I felt confident that she could sell my condo quickly and for the highest price. I then met with her in person in Rehoboth. She thoroughly explained the marketing process they would employ to sell the condo and I was quiet impressed with the Facebook, Zillow, internet and print advertising that she planned to do. We reviewed the comparable sales, and although she was a bit uncomfortable with the high asking price, she agreed to that price. Within 11 days she brought me an offer which we negotiated to within 2% of my asking price. FYI, we listed the condo in November, which was off season. We faced several hurdles in the sale process, but she made overcoming them a breeze! She recommended and helped me contact the necessary people, interfaced with the closing agent in Rehoboth, and even went over to the condo to check on things while we were waiting for the closing. I felt very confident that my condo was being looked after and in good hands. One very important thing that I want to mention about Amy was that she always took my phone call.
This was such a refreshing change from Miami, where many realtors never answer the phone. I cannot say enough how pleased I was with Amy and the entire Debbie Reed Team.
