Beth is a Delaware native. She was born in Rehoboth Beach, reared in New Castle and returned to Coastal Delaware in 1985. Beth earned her real estate license in 2007, and serves as the team’s Settlement and Listing Coordinator. Communicating with sellers, agents, lenders, appraisers, lawyers and contractors on all aspects of selling and buying a home is just one of Beth’s specialties. She makes sure all of the pieces come together for closing. Prior to contract, Beth works with our Listing Team to polish the listing and put it in the best light possible for a buyer.
