Cyndi, a lifetime resident of the area, gained her real estate license in 2003. Cyndi’s goal, as Team Manager, is to provide excellent customer care, consistency, and focus in the process of selling your home and or business. She meets with sellers to discuss and explain the listing process. Once the property is listed, Cyndi works with the Listing Coordinators in expediting every detail and correspondence so that your home or business will get the best possible price in the shortest possible timeframe.
Cyndi acts as a liaison between the sellers and potential buyers, communicating with both parties on a regular basis to keep the seller informed of any changes to their property and/or the market.
When a seller’s property goes under contract, Cyndi is up-to-date on each transaction and available to assist throughout the cycle of the transaction, every step of the way. Cyndi walks the sale through to settlement, taking care that all of the details necessary to complete the process are facilitated in a timely manner.
